In selected sectors, you can create zones for residential, commercial and industrial. We start the game on an empty area where we will develop our city. Simcity 3000 buildings for free#
The structures, which were built with the Building Architect tool that's also available on the site (for no charge) can be imported for free by anyone who has web access. Today Maxis announced that they had updated their site with over 4000 new buildings submitted by SimCity fans. It looks like the SimCity community has been pretty busy.
